Re-imagining the fully digital self-service car rental experience
Create the a fully digital car rental experience with a customer-first approach. Least human interactions at branches. One of the most important goal is to build trust and care as a part of the SIXT brand value.
Roles & responsibilities
I led the Visual experience design following the rental strategy. I was responsible for ideation of concepts for new brand language and design for the entire experience. That also includes testing of the new features after initial rounds of implementation on stage and production environment. From understanding the user and business needs till receiving the enduser feedback, it was a long journey. Collaborating with design, research, product and tech teams on multiple platforms, It was an extraordinary challenge and journey to see the new experience a reality.
In this design round, we focused on the booking and pickup experience for web and app. As a large goal called ‘ZEN’, we delivered the following:
Redefining the brand values and personality
Building ZEN design system that is scalable across web and app presence of Sixt
Booking funnel on web and app
Post booking experiences for vehicle, protection and add-on selection on web and app
