Mail.tech
Building an enterprise email automation platform from the ground up
Design and build a complete B2B email marketing platform capable of handling hundreds of millions of subscribers. Create an intuitive system for managing complex data flows across campaigns, IP pools, and ISPs while maintaining clarity for users navigating massive scale.
Roles & responsibilities
I led the end-to-end visual and product experience design for Mail.tech, taking it from initial concept to a fully functioning enterprise platform. This was a true 0-to-1 product build where I was responsible for every aspect of the design—from brand creation to the final pixel.
My work included establishing the complete visual language, creating the design system that would scale with the product, and designing each module with careful attention to how users would navigate massive datasets and complex workflows. As the platform grew and the subscriber base expanded into hundreds of millions, I led multiple redesign iterations to evolve the interface to meet new demands without sacrificing usability.
I worked closely with product and engineering teams throughout the entire lifecycle—from early conceptualization through implementation and beyond. This included ongoing feedback loops during development, testing in staging environments, and refinement based on real-world usage patterns at enterprise scale.

Mail.tech
Built as Media.net's enterprise email automation and marketing platform, Mail.tech was designed to handle the full complexity of large-scale email operations. The platform manages everything from subscriber segmentation and campaign creation to delivery optimization across multiple ISPs and detailed performance analytics.
Media.net
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Mumbai, Media.net is a contextual advertising technology company operating globally. In 2016, it was acquired by a Chinese consortium for $900 million, one of the largest adtech acquisitions at the time.
The Challenge
Background
Email marketing at enterprise scale isn't just about sending emails—it's about managing intricate systems where campaigns connect to subscribers through specific IP pools, routing to different ISPs, while tracking performance across every touchpoint.
Users need to understand what's happening across millions of subscribers, thousands of campaigns, and complex infrastructure—all while making quick, confident decisions.
